Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to install, install, or operate a discharge facility exceeding the scale prescribed by Presidential Decree (in cases of a breeding facility, more than 100 square meters and less than 900 square meters), shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment.

Nevertheless, from August 2017 to July 24, 2018, the Defendant raised a lawsuit by using the 232m square meters of livestock excreta-generating facility (Am of about 232m of livestock excreta-generating facility) without reporting in the field B and C, from August 24, 2018.
