A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer the means of access by financial institutions.

Nevertheless, around February 27, 2014, the Defendant sold the means of access to financial institutions by selling passbooks, cash cards, and the corresponding passwords under the name of the Defendant to the NAC from the agricultural cooperatives located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si.
