Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants were employed as dump truck articles belonging to JJ in Yangsan-si I around 2015 and came to know of workplace rent.
1. From around 18:00 on August 6, 2018, Defendant G, along with Defendant A and H, drinked alcoholic beverages at a drinking house near the Seocho-dong, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, to the entertainment drinking house located in the articles of incorporation of the Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and performed alcoholic beverages more, and around 22:00 on the same day, Defendant A and the back seated the said vehicle while driving the said vehicle to the head of his Drhodo, while under the influence of alcohol, and moving the said vehicle to the said entertainment drinking house, the vehicle was in the vicinity of the articles of incorporation of the Busan-gun, which is in repair of the articles of incorporation of the Busan-gun, and began to have the police vehicle that discovered the Defendant’s vehicle that escaped.
피고인은 위와 같이 경찰차의 추격을 피해 도주하면서 직업상 반드시 필요한 운전면허를 유지하기 위해, 2018. 7. 5.자 음주운전 단속으로 이미 운전면허 취소가 예정되어 있던 위 A에게 ‘자리 좀 바꿔줘라’라고 반복적으로 요구함으로써 A으로 하여금 마치 A이 음주운전을 한 것처럼 수사기관의 조사를 받기로 마음먹게 하였다.
