1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on February 7, 2018 as the withdrawal of the Defendant’s appeal.

1.The facts under the following subparagraphs of basic facts are significant or apparent in the records to this Court:

The defendant was sentenced to a judgment against the court of first instance on June 28, 2017, and the court of first instance on July 11, 2017, after receiving the original of the above judgment, served the original of the judgment by means of supplementary service on July 4, 2017, and served the same month.

7. The defendant reached the defendant, but according to the certificate of confinement and the result of the consolidated case inquiry of the head of the Changwon Prison, the defendant was from May 22, 2017 to the same year.

This court tried to serve an order of recommendation to correct the petition of appeal on October 13, 2017, but the above order of recommendation was not served in terms of directors unknown. This court served the order of recommendation to correct the petition of appeal on October 13, 2017 on October 13, 2017, and was not served in terms of absence of documents, although it served the order of recommendation to correct the petition of appeal to the Defendant.
