A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2014, at around 21:40, the Defendant: (a) reported that a foreigner was used in front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu 119 Safety Center, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Police Station C District; and (b) expressed a bath to the police officer, who requested him to return home from the situation D, etc. belonging to the Seo-gu Incheon, Police Station C District; and (c) assaulted the Defendant, such as: (a) sprinking the flaps of the said D, sprinking the flaps; and (b) sprinking the flaps; and (b) flading the d.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 report processing and investigation.

2. At the same time and place as Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender committing an obstruction of performance of official duties by committing an act, such as Paragraph 1; and (b) refused boarding during the E 112 patrols in the E 112 patrols; and (c) was cut to a snick, snick, attached to the patrol gate, and carried a snick, with his hand, assigned to the said snicker corresponding to 30 thousand

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
