A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim by using the victim’s chest in his/her hand, while under the influence of alcohol in front of the fluences of the victim D (the age of 73).

2. On October 26, 2015, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as the victim, who was seated on the ridge on the front side of the Sejong E-ro, and read a postal item, with his/her hand, with his/her fingers and thrhys; and (b) by force the victim, such as the competent person.

A. 1 Crimes - The crime of indecent act by force on March 10, 2015 (the scope of recommendations / the scope of recommendations / The crime of indecent act by force on March 10, 2015) is not the basic area (6 months to 2 years) (the person subject to special sentencing).

(b) Class 2 crime - The crime of indecent act by force on October 26, 2015 [the scope of recommendations] which is a general standard for compulsory indecent act by force on October 26, 2015 (subject to more than 13 years of punishment) is weak in the mitigation area (one month to one year).

(c) The scope of final sentence due to the aggravation of multiple offenses: Imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months up to two years and six months; and

2. The sentence shall be sentenced to two times against the victims who reside in adjoining areas.
