Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 70,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 35,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2008, at around 15:15, the Defendant recklessly laid away cigarette butts in the vicinity of the neck trade in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
