1. The Defendant shall pay 100,000 won to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party), the Appointed Party F, G, H, and I, respectively, and 50,000 won to the Appointed J, K, L, M, and N.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant is a company engaged in the business of credit inquiry and credit investigation under the Credit Information Use and Protection Act (hereinafter "Credit Information Act"). The plaintiffs are customers who enter into a contract on the use and financial transaction with the defendant's intervenor C, E, D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "C card"), E, E, and D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "E card"), and obtain and use credit cards as follows.

B. The C Card, E Card, and D Bank is a system for detecting abnormal transactions or illegal use due to the development of the card accident analysis system and the provision of card customer information, such as the card accident analysis system (FDS, hereinafter “FDS”), the card accident analysis system (FDS), theft, loss, forgery, etc., a system for detecting abnormal transactions or illegal use. An analysis model is made based on the past accident transaction based on statistical methods using large-scale card use information and pertinent customer information, and when a credit card transaction is discovered at the time of the use of the credit card, measures such as refusing to approve the card are taken.
B. P, an employee of the Defendant, is the development of FDS of C Card from February 2, 2013 to August 2013, and the development of FDS of E Card from September 2013 to December 2013.
