1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The Plaintiff is the owner of Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 3,183 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”) and Class 2 neighborhood living facilities of Class 4 above the ground level of reinforced concrete structure, reinforced concrete structure, and the 1,103 square meters above the ground level (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s building”). The Defendant is the owner of the 1,103 square meters away before Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land; the Defendant executed the embanking Corporation on May 2017 for the Defendant’s land (hereinafter “the instant emup construction”). 2. Judgment on the plaintiff's assertion

The Plaintiff’s assertion is not acceptable, inasmuch as the entries and images of Gap’s evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including each number) are insufficient to acknowledge the fact that the Plaintiff suffered damage due to the instant banking work executed by the Defendant, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge this otherwise.

3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit.
