A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On February 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of eight months, due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Jeonju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 25, 2017.
【Criminal facts” was presented to the effect that, on June 6, 2016, the Defendant and B: (a) “it is intended to use them on the spawn website; (b) it is intended to pay KRW 800,000 per account when it was established by recruiting people and opening an account under the name of the juristic person; and (c) it is intended to pay KRW 300,000 per account to the persons who are the representative of the Defendant and B; and (d) it is planned to open a passbook under the name of the juristic person that was the representative of the Defendant and B to pay KRW 30,000 per account to the persons who are the representative of the two persons; and (b) it is intended to transfer the passbook under the name of the juristic person that was the representative of the two persons to C.
1. No one shall transfer or acquire any access medium in using and managing the access medium with the accused;
A. As a result, the defendant and B conspired with each other, from July 12, 2016 to August 30, 2016, 36 times in total.
