Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a singing practice hall in the name of "C" on the first basement of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

No singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages or arrange a loan for entertainment.

1. On March 16, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant received seven cans to two customers, such as D, and sold and provided seven cans to 21,000 won.

2. The Defendant received the request from the said D to provide entertainment loans, and arranged women to provide entertainment services by singing in E (at least 39 years of age) and F (at least 34 years of age) once and at the same time and place under the preceding paragraph, to receive 30,000 won per hour, and to provide entertainment services with the said customers, or to provide entertainment services by singing or dancing.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the code of practice of singing practice providers.
