1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The registration of ownership transfer in the Plaintiff’s name was completed as of May 17, 1989 with respect to the land of 1,898 square meters in C, the Gyeongdong-gun, the Gyeongdong-gun (hereinafter “C land before subdivision”). However, the land category was changed on November 13, 2006 to the land category of 153 square meters in the Gyeongbuk-do, the land was divided on December 16, 2002 and September 11, 2006, respectively.
