Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall make an application for ownership transfer registration to the competent Mayor/Do governor;

In August 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for the ownership transfer registration with the competent authority without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired Cbea cruise car registered in the name of B from the sale company of the B in the name of the non-high class in Daejeon.

2. No owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Loss shall operate any motor vehicle which has not been covered by mandatory insurance on the road;

However, on October 25, 2015, the Defendant was driving a CV cruise car owned by the Defendant, who was not covered by the mandatory insurance of motor vehicles on the front road located in the Gu-U.S. Si, Si, Gu-si (U.S.).
