1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Defendant) removes the buildings listed in attached Table 2, and from May 6, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. A transfer registration of the entire shares in the name of C, B, E, F, and G (hereinafter “C, etc.”) was completed on March 20, 191 with respect to the shares in the instant land owned by A and B as shares 147/43 and shares 2) on April 6, 2002, with respect to the shares in the instant land owned by A on December 27, 200, under the name of C, B, D, E, F, and G (hereinafter “C, etc.”) (B will be transferred in addition to shares in the existing 286/43), 3) on April 1, 2002, the shares in the Plaintiff’s co-owners were transferred to H on July 29, 208 due to the sale contract as of February 1, 200, the entire shares in the Plaintiff’s co-owners were transferred to H on July 20, 2005, and the shares were transferred to H on July 29, 2008.

On November 30, 1976, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of A on November 30, 1976, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 16, 1987 when A extended the building of this case. (iii) The registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 20, 191 under the name of C, etc. on December 27, 2000, under the name of C, etc. on March 20, 200, and (iv) the registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 28, 2001 under the name of M on June 28, 201 (the registration of ownership transfer was separated from the owner of the land of this case and the building of this case), and the registration of ownership transfer was made on June 36, 2005 under the name of Defendant 2, each of the sale was made on June 28, 2005 (the sale was made on June 26, 2005).

C. 1) The Plaintiff filed a claim against M for land rent against M (Seoul District Court 2002Gadan297380, May 14, 2003, 2003).
