1. The Defendant’s KRW 800,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from July 17, 2014 to July 14, 2016, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. In light of all the circumstances, including the degree and result of the Defendant’s tort, part of dismissal, the consolation money to be paid to the Plaintiff is set at KRW 800,000,000, and the legal interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015) set the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings at 15% per annum,
