A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) visited C and D as to whether he/she is able to seek a psychotropic drug c and psychotropic drug c and/or a single click phone (hereinafter “clickphone”); and (b) led to an attempt to contact “E” and seek a clickphone.

Accordingly, C, around 00:22 on June 2, 2016, remitted 800,000 won from the penphone purchase to the bank account in the name of F used by the Defendant via the Defendant, and the Defendant, according to C and D’s instructions, received approximately 1.4 grams from E in front of a middle school located in the city where the game was located in the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with C and D.

2. On June 2, 2016, around 02:10 on June 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 1.4g gramopon on the back of the gambling place along with C and D, and d dices by turning about 303gopon on the back of the gambling place in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones together with C and D.

3. On June 10, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant received KRW 200,00 to E from the cross-disculatory telephones located in the Sejong-dong, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and KRW 0.1g of philophones.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

4. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant, around 21:10 on June 10, 2016, laid off approximately 0.1g of oponon with E along with E at the mutual infestel in the world where the Singu Singu Sin-si Sin-si, and dying out the smoke that occurs by heating it into a throwter.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones together with E.
