A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

1. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:15, the Defendant: (b) 112 reported that a drinking traffic accident occurred in a public box adjacent to a sexual intercourse 34-5, which was sent to the police station B police station, conducted a drinking test against the Defendant; (c) as a result, the Defendant measured the blood alcohol concentration at 0.214% and instructed the Defendant to invalid and return to the police station, the Defendant was on board the police station, and (d) the Defendant was on board the police station B1 patrol the Defendant. In order to instruct the Defendant of the blood alcohol concentration at 0.214%; and (d) to guide the Defendant to invalid and return to the police station, the Defendant was on board the police station patrol.

Therefore, as police officers demanded the Defendant to get off the patrol car, the Defendant refused to get off the patrol car for about 5 minutes, and assaulted the back-line and right buckbucks of the police officers requesting the Defendant to get out of the patrol car.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes by police officers.

2. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant, who violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, was arrested as a flagrant offender and brought to the B police box located in E at the time of the truth-finding, on the ground that he/she had been engaged in obstruction of performance of official duties as described in paragraph (1).

From 17:20 to 17:20, the Defendant expressed, at the above police box, the Defendant expressed, “Abrecker, fright,” “Abrecker, fright,” “Icker, fright,” “Icker, fright, fright,” and “Ne, fright,” 50 minutes of the disturbance.

1. Around 15:20 on July 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a H rocketing car under the influence of alcohol by 0.214% of the blood alcohol concentration from the 4km section from the 4km road to the G in the front of the Jin-si at the time of Jin-si.
