The defendant of "2019 High Court 610" is prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages to a person who runs a singing practice room under the trade name of "Cing practice room" in Busan District Court B, while a singing practice room business operator is prohibited from selling or providing

Nevertheless, at around 03:30 on August 1, 2019, the Defendant received 80,000 won including singing expenses from D and one customer, and sold alcoholic beverages by providing five bottles.

The Defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room with the trade name of “Cambing practice room” in Busan-gun B.

No person who runs a singing practice room business shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, around September 23:10 on September 12, 2019, the Defendant sold to four customers, including E, four customers in the instant singing practice room, such as E, a alcoholic beverage with an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market price, such as 2 illness, beer, 20 disease, and beer, and a alcoholic beverage with an amount equivalent to KRW 10,000 in the market price.
