A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has operated a mobile phone sales store under the trade name of “E” at a DNA shopping mall located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. Fraud related to sales of mobile phones;

A. A. Around August 2008, the Defendant, at the above E office, stolen the personal information of F, who is an existing customer, using the fact that he received more allowances based on the performance of new opening of the mobile phone, and forged an application for joining as if F, thereby opening the additional mobile phone, and subsequently, the above application for joining was authenticly prepared, and sent it to the person G, the victim, Inc., Ltd., thereby deceiving the victim through the victim, thereby inducing the victim to believe that a normal contract for using the mobile phone was made, and acquired a mobile phone of approximately KRW 300,000 from the victim in the same manner, including that he received a mobile phone of KRW 36,00 for the price opened to H in the name of F, as stated in the list of crimes 1, in the same manner.

B. At the above E office around December 2008, the Defendant stated to the effect that “A mobile phone dealer I would attract customers to pay part of the cost of the device to which the customer bears, although it is inevitable for the Defendant to charge the customer a part of the cost of the device that the customer bears.”

At that time, I promised to make an advertisement to the effect that “I will open the KTF cell phone in lieu of a part of the terminal price” on the Internet (Drum) camera, and to pay the device price instead of the device price to the J which reported and contacted.

However, the defendant is for receiving allowances based on the opening records of mobile phones, and there was no intention or ability to pay part of the cost of the mobile phone opened in the name of the customer that I recruited.
