Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CR-V 4WD car.

On August 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of 08:40 on August 25, 2016, which led to the running of the above car at a speed of about 20 km in the direction of the city in the direction of the water-related industry from the surface of the high school.
