A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Since about 20 years ago, the Defendant had a de facto marital relationship with B, caused the victim C (here, 1970s) who is his/her father's son (her son, who was known to his/her family meeting) to feel sexual humiliation, and began to walk the Defendant with his/her mind to meet his/her sexual desire by putting the Defendant off his/her phone to the victim without exposing the Defendant's existence through public telephone across the country from 2010 to 2010.
