The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of obstruction of general traffic, violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act, and obstruction of the performance of official duties among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the legality of dispersion order in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act, and the legality of official duties in violation of the Act on the

Meanwhile, the Defendants filed an appeal against the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and no statement of the grounds for appeal can be found in the petition of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
