1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendant is dismissed.

After remanding the case, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant and the remaining co-defendants Co-Defendant, Inc., Ltd., for each three million won claim against the Defendant and the remaining co-defendants Co-Defendants Ltd., Ltd., Dr., Dr.’s Digital Chosun Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Dr., Ltd., Dr., Ltd., NAV Communications, Orogle Korea Ltd., Guogle Korea Limited., and the first instance court rendered a judgment dismissing all of the Plaintiff’s claims.

With respect to this, the Plaintiff filed an appeal against the remaining Defendants except for the On-the-counter Korea limited liability company, and the court prior to the remanded the Plaintiff’s appeal against the Defendant only partially accepted the Plaintiff’s appeal against the Defendant, and ruled that “The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff 50,000 won and the amount calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from June 19, 2012 to November 4, 2014, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.” The remainder of the appeal against the Defendant and the remaining appeals against the co-defendant were dismissed.

As to this, the plaintiff and the defendant appealed against each party's losing part of the judgment before the remand, and they filed an appeal. The judgment of remand dismissed the plaintiff's appeal, and only the defendant's losing part was reversed and remanded.

Therefore, the scope of trial after remand is limited to the above part of the defendant's loss.

2. Facts of recognition;

A. From 1990 to March, 198, the Plaintiff is currently serving as professor in the law of law at B University (which was converted into a public university in March 1984 and converted into a national university in January 2013).

B. The Defendant is a company operating LAWnB (hereinafter “instant site”), which is a site providing comprehensive legal information, and the personal information of professors of domestic law and universities collected and established on their own from the legal newspaper company and database.
