1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 25, 201, the Plaintiff, as an insurance company, concluded a fire insurance contract between Nonparty B and Nonparty B by designating the period from January 25, 2011 to January 25, 2012 as the sum of subscription amounts of KRW 3,56,080,00, and as the head of each of the households of the insured building of this case.

B. 1) On May 12, 2011, Defendant A added the leased section of this case to the section for common use and exclusive use from 62.61 square meters (including the section for common use, 62.61 square meters for exclusive use, 62.61 square meters for exclusive use and the section for common use connected to the instant building from D Co., Ltd.

) From June 19, 201, after being leased and handed over, the beauty room was operated in the exclusive part among the leased parts of the instant case from around June 19, 201. Of the leased parts, the storage in front of the entrance of the skin in the section for common use of the instant case (hereinafter “instant warehouse”).

(2) The building of this case was completed on May 1997 and used as the office of D Co., Ltd., and its underground floor remains as a factory room in 199 through 2000. The cosmetic part was entirely leased and used as the cosmetic room and the place of business of the skin management room in 2000. Since around April 15, 2002, G and the skin management room part (67.6 square meters, exclusive-use part, 29.3 square meters) was located in G around May 2003. Since H exceeded the skin management part to G around October 2005, G leased the entire 1st underground floor, but exceeded the part of the cosmetic management room except for the part of the skin management room in cosmetic around May 12, 201.

3) On the warehouse of this case, air conditioners (a model name: ELE LH-100K, and hereinafter “instant air conditioners”).

(ii) The heating and cooling machine was installed, and was purchased and installed around May 2002 immediately after G was transferred with the cosmetic part, thereby supplying air conditioners or hot gas to the entire first floor underground through dut.
