Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2019, at around 05:40, the Defendant driven an E rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.135% at a section of approximately one kilometer from the D stations located in Geum-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the roads located in the D stations located in Geum-gu C.
