B on October 25, 2014, around 15:56, 15:56, at the same store of the new bank located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan-si, the victim C was stolen with one credit card card owned by the victim C, which was located in the cash withdrawal machine due to the gaps of due care due to their customers.

In addition, the Defendant used the stolen credit card through the above three times in total as indicated in the attached crime list, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 3,783,000 from the victims.
