1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 113,613,773 won and 26,747,188 won from February 18, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. In full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 4 and the purport of the whole pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the facts of the changed cause of the claim can be acknowledged, and there is no counter-proof.

In conclusion, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff interest rate of 113,613,773 won in total (i.e., the balance of the loan principal of the C Bank in KRW 9,398,027,027,00,000,000,000,000 per annum 2,4888,588,584,000 interest rate per annum 26,747,188 won in overdue interest rate per annum 10,942,07,078 (C Bank 9,39,398,027 won in KRW 14,860,680, E2,488,481) and of the loan principal (i.e., the interest rate per annum 12% in interest rate per annum from February 18, 2020 to the date following the base date.

Since the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
