Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2013, at around 17:20 on June 29, 2013, the Defendant reported that the Defendant assaulted D, which is the said apartment security guard, within the guard room of the first floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment 601, and was demanded to return home soon because he was under the influence of alcohol from F in charge of the police box belonging to the Seoul Emba.

In that sense, the Defendant took a bath to the above F, stating to the effect that “Any female phone number of a police officer with a philopon is not determined ten days before our house,” and assaulted the F Fbucks twice by the Defendant’s appearance, such as “I see, flick, flick, and bucks,” and “I see, e.g., flicks where I ambucks inside.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and suppression of police officers' crimes.
