[Defendant B] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry in Defendant B;

(a) No one shall distribute or provide for use any game product with a content different from the game product classified as a rating;

4. 20. 경까지 안산시 단원구 F에 있는 'G 게임 장 '에서 화면 중앙에 있는 방해 아이콘을 피해서 화살로 과녁판을 명중시켜 점수를 획득하는 슈팅게임으로서, 단순조작 또는 외부장치 이용으로 고득점을 획득할 수 없고, 화면 상에 표시되는 배경은 시각적인 효과 기능만을 가지고 있는 게임으로 게임 물관리 위원회로부터 등급 분류를 받은 ‘ 상어 십만’ 게임을 거북이, 가오리, 고래 등이 게임 화면에 등장하면 점수가 획득되고, 일명 ‘ 똑딱이’ 등의 외부 장치를 이용하여 게임을 진행할 수 있도록 개 변조한 게임기 50대를 설치하여 이를 불특정 다수의 손님들이 이용할 수 있도록 제공하였다.

The Defendant provided game products with contents different from the game products classified as above for distribution or use.

(b) No game products-related business entity shall allow a game product-related business entity to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water, or leave the game product alone;

Nevertheless, customers who visited the above game room at the date, time, and place mentioned in Defendant 1 stated in the above-mentioned paragraph were exchanged after deducting 10% of the points obtained by using the above-mentioned "competing thousand" game water.

The Defendant used game water as above, thereby inducing or inducing others to engage in gambling and other speculative acts.

2. Defendant A’s aiding and abetting a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry by Defendant A on April 19, 2017 and
