1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a member of the Diplomatic Association of C religious Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the "Diplomatic Association"), and the plaintiff is the E's wife, which is the street log of the D Religious Association.

B. In around 209, E: (a) purchased Diplomatic Association and E: (b) KRW 1,193 square meters prior to the date of the Gyeonggi-do Housing; (b) KRW 1091 square meters prior to F on August 26, 2014; (c) KRW 5,530 square meters prior to I (round August 26, 2014, divided into KRW 296 square meters prior to J; (d) KRW 2,043 square meters prior to K; (e) KRW 354 square meters prior to K; and (e) donated to D Educational Association with the same welfare facility as the care center or the elderly; and (e) the Plaintiff entered into a joint agreement with the head of the said welfare facility to receive a certain amount of money among the operating profits of the said welfare facility (hereinafter referred to as “joint agreement”).

C. Under the contract of donation No. 1, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with M to purchase KRW 86,000,000,000 for KRW 5,530,000 for each of the real estates of this case from N, and paid KRW 450,00,000 for each of the real estates of this case to the above seller. On May 29, 2009, the Plaintiff and the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the real estates of this case from the Plaintiff and the Defendant.

On July 8, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with O, P, Q, R, and S to sell KRW 3,408 square meters of each of the instant real estate in KRW 260,000,000. On June 20, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with T to sell KRW 3,315 square meters of each of the instant real estate in KRW 260,00,000.

E. The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff drafted the above confirmation on behalf of E.

on July 25, 2014, the Defendant prepared and issued a written confirmation of the following contents to the Defendant:

(A) The contract of donation following the preparation of a letter of confirmation is referred to as "the second donation contract". The name E, the plaintiff's person paid the F, I, and I, the size of 3,048 square meters in the name of the defendant representative of the Diplomatic Association, and the two-day Won is operated for the reasons for the unconstitutional payment.
