Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on March 21, 2013, the Defendant took the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the amount to the victim C, who is an employee of the victim C in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, even though he did not intend or have the ability to pay the said amount even if he drinks and drinks, and ordered the victim to pay the amount.
