Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 27, 2013 to August 17, 2013, the Defendant operated the “Ckis bank” in which approximately 33 square rooms are installed from the first floor of Seoul Gangnam-gu’s underground level, and the Defendant operated the “Ckis bank.” The Defendant: (a) had a large number of male descendants who found the said kis, receive 70,000 won per hour for one hour from the said kis; and (b) had female employees talk with the said customers and have them talk with the said customers and talk with them.

Accordingly, the defendant allowed or arranged to do obscene acts at a public morals business office.
