Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around 08:10 on September 2, 2016, the Defendant was driving a F-authorized SM5 car in the way of one lane between the two lanes in the way in Seoul direction-gu Hopdong, Hoyang-dong, Hoyang-dong, Seoul.
