Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a vehicle B with low-priced vehicle.

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at around 07:10, and got under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.093%, and led the Defendant to proceed in line with the Do one-lane road from the surface of the hot spring room to the surface of the road, agricultural and industrial complex in front of the Do-si high-level hot spring, which is located in 74% high-level Do-ro, Do-si, Do-si, Do-si.

Since the location is flicked on the road that is driven by straight distance without signal lights, the defendant engaged in the driving of motor vehicles had a duty of care to see the front side and to safely proceed with the center line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused injury to the victim, such as cerebral wave, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment, due to the negligence that the Defendant committed the central line under the influence of alcohol and proceeded with, as seen above, while driving, the front part of the said car, which was driven by the victim C(the age of 76) who was driving on the side of the road agricultural and industrial complex.

2. Around 07:10 on August 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-hand motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.093% under the influence of alcohol at the speed of 0.093% from the Doldol, Dol-ro, Dol-ro, Dol-ro, Dol-dol-si, Dol-si, Dol-do, to the front corner of the hot spring, Dol-do and Dol-do.
