A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 300,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

"2013 Highly 539"

1. Defendant A and Defendant B had a dispute with the owner of the building due to the defect repair of Dog-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.

At around 13:00 on March 19, 2013, the Defendants found DNA manager G (37 years of age) who was the victim living in the above loan No. 101, and called the victim to open the door, entered the victim's door with the above 101 while the victim newly opened the door, and Defendant B "I am flick, so I am flick, so I am flick, so I flick. 피고인과 F은 위 G가 건물 현관문을 잠궈 놓고 있다는 이유로 화가 나, 피고인은 “씨발놈아 문열어라”라고 욕설을 하면서 위 빌라 1-2호 라인 유리현관문을 수회 발로 걷어 차 위 현관문 잠금장치와 손잡이를 파손시키며 고함을 질렀고, 그 소리를 듣고 피해자가 밖으로 나오자 F은 피해자가 듣고 겁을 먹을 수 있도록 큰소리로 피고인에게 “니 임마 바보가, 다 때려 부숴버리지 그걸 놔두느냐, 다 때려 부숴버리지”라고 말하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant and F jointly threatened the victim.

Defendant A is a person engaged in construction business.
