Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 02:25, on the road in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and, without any justifiable reason, assaulted the police officers, who were boomed with the D Zone 31, the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station patroled at D Zone 31, on the road patrol, at the same time, to take a bath at a large interest of “E and police officers, who are in the patrol of the D Zone 31, and there is no longer any longer a longer patrol vehicle; and (b) continuously booms the time, and continuously 80 meters away from the patrol vehicle to the front of the said earth, the Defendant boomed the police officers, who were boomed to the large interest of “I brud the fl, and who were brud with the inside horse, because I do not have the same end.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to patrols within the jurisdiction of police officers.
