1. The plaintiff's lawsuit of this case against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a clan (hereinafter “Plaintiff clan”) comprised of naturally created members of the EC (ED’s 13 years of age) consisting of adult male and female members who jointly set up the 5 years of age, consisting of male and female members, with the purpose of protecting the graves of a vessel.

B. From March 10, 1912, EI, the head of the Plaintiff’s clan, was in charge of managing and proposing the property of the Plaintiff’s land and other property.
