Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2012, at around 21:40, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven approximately 15 kilometers in front of the Dong-dong Center located in the Dong-dong in the same Eup/Myeon as in front of the Do-dong Do-dong in Daegu-do.
