Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a taxi vehicle B for K5 business purposes.
On June 24, 2016, the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 22:15, and driving the vehicle at a speed that would not be known to the two-lanes from the flow distance to the flow market along the three-lanes in front of the Gwangju Bank, which is located in the flow route of Gwangjubuk-gu.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly and safely drive the previous week.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded with the victim C (year 71) who was crossing the road on the right side from the left side of the running direction of the Defendant's driving vehicle due to the negligence on the part of the Defendant's driving vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the above occupational negligence, around June 25, 2016, due to the sensive response disorder, etc.
