A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2017, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million to the Cheongju District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on February 6, 2018, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million to the same crime.

1. Around 02:00 on April 26, 2019, the Defendant driven a vehicle B in the section of approximately 1km from the Seo-gu Busan District Court in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seog-gu to the Yannam-dong, Seowon-dong, Seowon-gu, Busan District Court of Cheongju-do while under the influence of alcohol by 0.126% of alcohol level.

2. Around 02:00 on April 26, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., the U., the U.S.A.) and driven the said n-ro car to turn to the left from the jurisdiction of the court at Seowon-gu, Seowon-dong, Seowon-gu, U.S., the U.S.-dong, U.S.-dong
