1. The Defendant’s KRW 68,997,50 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from July 1, 2016 to January 16, 2017.
Reasons
1. The facts following the facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be found in Gap evidence Nos. 1-3, 16, and Eul evidence Nos. 1-4 (including paper numbers, hereinafter the same shall apply) by integrating the overall purport of the pleadings.

A. On November 27, 2014 to May 4, 2016, the Plaintiff, who is engaged in the business of manufacturing machinery parts, etc. under the trade name of “C,” issued each tax invoice (hereinafter “each of the instant tax invoices”) as listed below, on the basis that “B” corporation was supplied with the total amount of KRW 68,997,50 from November 27, 2014 to May 4, 2016.
B. The Defendant is a company established around April 16, 2012, and the initial trade name was changed to and around November 8, 2013 by D, and the head office was in Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, the head office was transferred to and around November 1, 2013, the purpose of which is manufacturing industrial heat, etc., and the corporate registration number G and the business registration number is H.
In addition, in the corporate register of the defendant company, there are directors J, K, and auditors, including I who are representative directors.
C. B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “related company”) having the head office in Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, was established around June 3, 2002 as a related company with which the defendant company and the management owner (the representative I) are identical, and the initial trade name was changed to the current trade name around October 25, 2006, and the initial head office was the N Co., Ltd..
