Punishment of the crime

At around 03:20 on July 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report from “D” car page located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-dong Police Station E zone, which called the Defendant, and demanded to leave from “D, without a customer even after the completion of its business; (b) the Defendant obstructed the entrance front of the said car page and was seated.

The Defendant, upon F’s request from F, assaulted F at one time on the left side of F, while taking a bath to “I am, I am,” which read “I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal investigation and maintenance of public order by the police officers.
