A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was holding a person who actually operated a Category C beauty Ga New Car; (b) held the front number plate of the said passenger car by a staff member in charge of tax affairs at the Seocho-si Office for the first time on February 2015; (c) was unable to operate the said car on the grounds of local tax arrears; (d) was able to forge the registration number plate and attach a forged car registration number plate; and (e) was willing to operate the said car.

1. On May 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) drafted a motor vehicle registration number plate of “C” in the Defendant’s residence located in Gangwon-gun, Yangyang-gun; (b) installed the motor vehicle registration number plate in a drawing using a string of test color, and then installed the car registration number plate in a drawing; and (c) denied the registration number plate by attaching the said “C” registration number plate in front of the Defendant’s residence on May 22, 2015, which was forged in front of the said Defendant’s residence.

2. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant exercised the car registration number plate, which is the air ho-gu, which was an unlawful use of the car registration number plate, as described in paragraph 1, on the front of the Gosung-gun, Gangwon-gun, the Defendant held the car registration number plate, from May 22, 2015 to October 6, 2015, which was used unlawfully in the car registration number plate from May 22, 2015 to October 6, 2015.
