Punishment of the crime

around 16:00 on June 30, 2015, the Defendant removed a public announcement of the title "(505 applications for additional registration of the representative candidate)" that contains the purport of receiving an application for additional registration of candidates for 505 representative elections under the name of the chairperson of the committee for the management of apartment buildings in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 29, 2015 (505 applications for additional registration of the representative candidate) and obstructed the affairs of the Dong representative election of the committee for the management of apartment buildings.
