Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 30, 2016, the Defendant, along with Defendant B, Defendant C, J, K, L, M, N, M, P, P, Q, Q, R, T, T, and U, who is a village resident, found the victim H and I in his/her residence of the victims in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju in order to file a civil petition against the village resident on or around October 30, 2016.

B At the place in which the residents of B are heard, “A bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bit, which was driven by Bhn, is e.g., entering into., the victim H.

Ga. The victim publicly insultingd the victim by stating that he did not do so like a path spawn.

B. On November 1, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) found the victim H’s residence together with the above Defendant B, etc. in order to set the claim for the same reason; (b) entered the victim’s room; and (c) entered the victim’s room.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above 1. B. B., discovered that the victim H taken a motion picture with digital camera at the same time and place as the above 1.B., and did not return the motion picture with the victim's scam deducted from the digital camera used by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed one digital camera owned by the victim, thereby impairing its utility.

2. Defendant B

A. On October 30, 2016, the Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in the foregoing 1.A., tightly assaulted the victim with the body of the victim I (74 years of age) by shouldering the date and place as set forth in the foregoing 1.1. A, and repeatedly assaulted the victim by exposing the drinking to the close of the victim’s face.

B. On November 1, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the same date, time, and place as set forth in the foregoing 1.-B. At the same time and place, the victim I used a smartphone to take a video photograph, and bring the victim into both arms following the victim.

3. Defendant C, at the same time and place as the above 1.-B. B, at the same time and place as the above 1.B. B, the victim I was deprived of a smartphone cited by the victim as the above 2. B. B.
