Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 03:10 on June 30, 2014, within the “Cju place” located in the Busan YY-gu, Busan YOB; (b) made a claim against the victim D (the victim 56 years of age) to the point of view due to the issue of the order of singing with other customers; (c) made the victim take a bath, such as the victim’s crypian, etc.; (d) made the victim cryp; (e) crypates the victim’s face; (e) crypates and cups on the mebbbble, she broken the victim’s face; and (e) the Cju place of view took the victim out of the Defendant; and (e) made the victim take care of the victim’s head by taking care of the victim’s hair out of the victim’s body; and (e) took care of the victim’s face, such as hump.

At the time and time set forth in the above Paragraph 1 above, the Defendant, as a customer of Cju point, inflicted an injury on the victim E (year 51) who had observed the above case on the victim’s face as a customer of Cju point, beyond the time to see why she would have a serious female, she would be able to see why she would have the face of the victim as a drinking, and against this, she would go beyond the time to see the face of the victim as a drinking, by taking several times on the victim’s face, and by taking several times on the part of the victim, the victim’s her face was flicked, and the victim got a long part of it.
