A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bco or a car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On August 9, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 07:29, and made a two-lane turn left at the right angle of Samsung-face from the shooting distance of modern automobiles to the front of the two-lanes of D Bank C located in Northern-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu.

In such a case, the driver of the vehicle is prohibited from driving the vehicle while normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to accurately manipulate the traffic conditions of the front side, to accurately operate the steering and brakes, and to safely drive the vehicle in accordance with good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.171% and neglected to turn to the left in a state of difficulty, such as a remote distance, and neglected to drive under the influence of normal conditions of difficulty, and instead neglected to turn to the left, and received the part of the Defendant’s driving in front of the left-hand part of the Defendant’s driving of FK7-si driving in accordance with the new subparagraph, FK7-si’s left-hand part in the front-hand part of the Defendant’s driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking, and caused the said victim to suffer injuries, such as salt, tensions, etc., of the shoulder pipe, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim G (the remaining, 39 years of age) who is the dong of the said taxi, to whom approximately four weeks of medical treatment is required.

2. On August 9, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at around 07:29, the section of approximately 1km from the first road located in the north-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-si, Y to the front distance of the D bank located in the Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si.
