A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of C located in Orado, Orasido, on April 1, 2014, the victim E (the victim E, 50 years old); (b) while drinking alcohol together with the victim D (the victim D), the victim E, the victim F (the victim F (the victim, 58 years old), and the Si rain frith; (c) the victim fritho; (d) both arms over the victim’s face; (d) the victim E faces the victim’s face two times at night; (e) the victim’s face is taken two times at the victim E; (e) the victim’s face is taken one time at the right side of the victim; (e) the victim’s face is taken one time at the right side of the victim’s face; and (e) the victim’s face is taken one time at the right side of the treatment; and (e) the victim’s face is taken one time at the right side of the victim’s G (the victim’s 48 years old).

2. The Defendant damaged the damage of property at the time, time, and place described in paragraph 1, thereby damaging KRW 1.50,00 of the repairing cost by breaking the air conditioning equipment owned by the victim H by hand.
