Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, on the ground that the victim C (manam and 72 years of age) residing in the same apartment located in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan-gu B apartment 102 Dong guard room had any doubt about the defect repair work of apartment cover, and (b) took a bath without any justifiable reason, and went beyond the victim’s bed with one hand, making a bridge, thereby getting the victim into the bed floor of the guard room, thereby getting the victim to undergo approximately two weeks of treatment.
