Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported on February 13:25, 2016, at the 1st floor parking lot in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, that the victim D smokes tobacco; and (b) stated that the Defendant smokes tobacco at the parking lot.

In addition, violence was committed against the floor by making the victim's chest part of the chest one pushed by the victim's own hand.
